To improve my health i will eat more fruits and vegetables. I will also drink less soda and drink more water. I would start going to bed earlier so i can have enough energy the next day while I'm at school so I can focus in class. I will lessen all the junk food i eat throughout a week so I won't gain weight. I will stay away from people who smoke so it wont affect me.
