Being able to do something you believe in whether you know you have backup or not doesn't mean you shouldn't stand up for what you don't believe in. Many times when you stand up for what you believe in you'll have support in which others support your idea and back you up. For example, the video we just seen was about music, a musician who started off by playing by himself, eventually the rersidents in that community back him up and started playing their own musical instrument, this is a perfect example of team effort, a example of a community all reuniting as one.

Home Health Aide

Duties and responsibilities: Home health aides usually work for companies that provide in-home assistance to ill, injured, elderly, or disabled customers.  Their duties include taking the blood pressure, temperature, and pulse of patients.  They help patients get in and out of bed, take baths, and dress.

Salary: $8,000-$18,000

Education: Most employers prefer that nursing assistants and aides have a high school diploma or GED certificate.  Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs. 

Reflection:  I think I wouldn’t like to be a home health aide because it's something that doesn't catch my attention because i wouldn't want to be spending all day at a house taking care of sick patients, i wouldn't want someone else's life to depend on me, because what if i can't do nothing 

about their disease and then after wards im going to feel guilty.

Healthcare Administrator

Duties and responsibilities:
Healthcare administrators direct and manage hospitals and other healthcare facilities.  They are responsible for long-range planning, financial administration, personnel administration, materials management, purchasing, public affairs and patient administration. 

Salary: $35,000 - $100,000

Education: Students should take challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English. Most healthcare administrators hold master's degrees in healthcare administration or business administration

Reflection: I think I would probably like to be a healthcare administrator because they make a lot of money.

This quote implies how when you put in effort to work with someone you’ll accomplish more things. By being a team you’ll learn to work better with others and learn new skills. Most times working independent is good because you learn to be more responsible but working as a team you learn what being a team really is. You can work as pairs, or a small group of 3, 4 or 5 is all up to you. Being a team is a good thing but if you’re working on your own you can struggle with things you don’t know and if you’re working as a team you’ll learn new things or even ideas you didn’t know about.

Health Science Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities: Health sciences technicians and library technicians collect and organize medical information and help practitioners find the information they need for patient care, education, research and administration.   Librarians also establish electronic and digital database information systems.

Salary: $20,000-$30,000 (library technicians)

$35,000-$55,000(librarians)

Education: Students should take challenging high school courses in information management, science, math, and English. Health Science Librarians should earn an undergraduate degree in one of the life sciences and must earn a master's degree in library science from a program that is accredited by the American Library Association.

His quote is implying how with uh positive thoughts you'll manage to achieve more great things you'll be proud of through out your life. Also if you think more negatively you will manage too  not acomplish as many things as you want or could of done. When you realize of things you could of done is gonna be to late because you'll be on the wrong path and you would of miss out on many good opportunities throughout the way. So for you to be able to accomplish many good deeds you should always have positive thoughts and most importantly never give up.

Duties and responsibilities: They obtain post and analyze medical workload, finance and insurance data. They need to have the information well organized for the practitioners can read and understand clearly the information for their patients. A few jobs under this category are registered record administrators, accredited record technicians and certified coding specialists. 

Salary: $20,000- $30,000 (coding specialists)
$ $23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)  
$30,000 - $40,000 (Record Administrators)

Education: Students should take high school courses in math,science, english and information management. Coding specialists must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Training is usually conducted on the job. To become a certified specialist you need to pass an exam.
