Duties and responsibilities: Home health aides usually work for
companies that provide in-home assistance to ill, injured, elderly, or disabled

vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs.
Reflection: I think I wouldn’t like to be a home health
aide because it's something that doesn't catch my attention because i wouldn't want to be spending all day at a house taking care of sick patients, i wouldn't want someone else's life to depend on me, because what if i can't do nothing
about their disease and then after wards im going to feel guilty.

“Work as
a team to achieve your dream” – Sarah Real
This quote implies how when you put in effort to work with
someone you’ll accomplish more things. By being a team you’ll learn to work
better with others and learn new skills. Most times working independent is good
because you learn to be more responsible but working as a team you learn what
being a team really is. You can work as pairs, or a small group of 3, 4 or 5 is
all up to you. Being a team is a good thing but if you’re working on your own
you can struggle with things you don’t know and if you’re working as a team you’ll
learn new things or even ideas you didn’t know about.
